Delivery & Order

When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 24 to 72 hours. It then takes between 8 and 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) depending on the country of shipment for your item to arrive at your home.

In periods of high traffic or during health crises requiring government measures, it is possible that our deadlines are extended by a few days.

Our delivery times are given as an indication and can in no way constitute a firm commitment.

My order is not complete

Since we have different storage locations and work with different suppliers, you may receive your products in different packages. So don't worry if you don't receive everything at the same time.

However, if you still haven't received your package after 30 business days after ordering, then we will give you a full refund and you can keep the item when you receive it.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We process the orders you place quickly, usually within 12 hours.

For this reason, you have 12 hours after ordering to send a cancellation or modification email to contact@floriix.com

After this time your items will have already been shipped, so we will not be able to modify your order.

The item I received is broken/defective?

Despite our careful selection of trusted carriers, it is possible that your package arrives damaged.

The description of the problem (wrong item / defective, ...)

A picture or a video

You will not need to send the product back and we will refund you directly the amount of your order in the form of a voucher (if you want another form of refund, please specify it).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods on our website: Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Debit Cards, PayPal and Bank Cards.

Is my information secure?

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure that it is not lost, misappropriated, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed in an inappropriate manner.

If you provide us with your credit card information, it will be encrypted through the use of the SSL security protocol and stored with AES-256 encryption. While no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
